Καλήσπέρα,
Μόλις αγόρασα ένα μεταχειρισμένο VW eco up 1 χρόνου το οποίο διαθέτει Maps + More και έχω το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Παραθέτω το θέμα στα αγγλικά, όπως δηλαδή το ανάφερα και στην Navigon, η οποία βρίσκετε πίσω απο την VW, Garmin σχετικά με τους χάρτες και την προειδοποίηση για το CNG. Από τη δική μου ερεύνα καταλήγω ότι ή δεν έχουν περασμένους στα POI τους CNG σταθμούς της Ελλάδας, ή ότι δεν έχουν την Ελλάδα μέσα στις υπηρεσίες (Services) για το CNG. Όποιο και από τα δύο και αν είναι θα έπρεπε να μας ενημερώσουν πριν αγοράσουμε το Maps + More για την Ελληνική Αγορά. ΄Εχω στείλει το σχετικό και στη kosmokar αλλά αυτό που πιστεύω ότι θα κάνουνε είναι να ενημερωσούν το τμήμα πωλήσεων.

I am the owner of VW Eco UP Petrol/CNG and Maps + More.
I am not please to see that on of the functions that VW and Garmin promised does not work in the Thessaloniki, Greece.
Please note that the car was first registered with License plates in Greece in Feb 2014

CNG stations in Greece are few and not recorded in POI Maps Europe 44 2013/Q1.
As a result of not recorder CNG Stations, I get warnings as to that I am very far from a CNG Station,which is not accurate .

Questions
1. Is Greece included in the CNG station Application. If not why you do not inform the customer when he purchases the product for the Greek Market?
2. Can I manually add, import, update the POI of the Greek CNG stations in a manner that the device is aware. If so please let me know the process
3. Why is it that in fresh application I cannot even purchase something new (see screen shots)
4. Attached are new CNG Stattions in excel, which O tried to import to my device. It only considers them as MyPOI and those points are not considered in the CNG warning for VW Eco Up
5. Why can I not update for the 2 years guarantee
I think that since Maps + More is available and sold in Greece with the VW Eco Up the Greek CNG and relevant warning system should be functioning as promised upon purchase and as advertised on the web site and manual of the device.
