προβλημα σε κλειδωμα πορτας

Καλησπερα

εχω ενα προβλημα σε ενα passat to 2009 με το κλειδωμα της πορτας.

ενω οταν παταω να κλειδωσω το αυτοκινητο και μπαινει συναγερμος η μια πορτα δε κλεινει καθολου.

και παρατηρησα οτι δεν αναβουν τα αλαρμ οταν κλειδωνω,ενω οταν ανοιγω αναβουν.

και ακομα η ιδια πορτα οταν την ανοιγω δεν αναβει το φως μεσα στο αυτοκινητο.

γνωριζει καποιος τι μπορει να ειναι?ειναι σαν να ειναι νεκρη η πορτα.
