Εχω βαλει προσφατα την συγκεκριμενη αναρτηση και θα θελα αν καποιος γνωστης ξερει περιπου σε τι βαθμο σκληροτητας να παιξω?το νιωθω τοσο απολυτο που μου φευγουν τα μουτρα σε καποιες στροφες.μηπως οσο το μαλακωνεις χανεις και στο rebound?
